The legal purchasing on non-contract items (buyouts) requires case-by-case authorisation from supply chain commodity managers, manual processes result in significant delays hampering a responsive health care system. Automated Buyout Process was initiated to address these inefficiencies within our procurement system. The previous manual system led to delays, errors, and inconsistencies, causing frustration and non-compliance. By automating the buyout request and approval workflow, efficiency and accuracy was enhanced.
