The Minister for the Public Service and Administration, Mr Senzo Mchunu, has appointed Ms Lydia Sebokedi as the acting Executive Director of the CPSI until further notice.
Ms Sebokedi joined the CPSI in 2008 as the head of Enabling Environment and has served on the Executive since. She previously served in the Department of Public Service and Administration and in Health. She has vast local, regional and international experience in developing a culture of innovation in the public sector. She currently serves, amongst others, as judge for the African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) Innovation Management Awards.
Ms Sebokedi holds a BSc (Dietetics) and BSc Honours ( Psychology) from Sefako Makgatho University, BA Honours (Human Resource Development) from University of Johannesburg and an MBA from the University of Pretoria..
