Service Delivery Improvement
CPSI does not directly deliver services to the public. However, service delivery institutions are supported to improve service delivery through innovation. Our suport include:
Use of the Multi-Media Innovation Centre:
• Decision-makers are given the opportunity to bring their teams to to spend time in an innovation enthusing environment
(away from their day-to-day pressures)
• Internal processes can be reviewed, and, with the aid of interactive multi-touch devices, improvements can be explored.
• Visitors can access national and international innovative practices, platforms and products.
• Ensure systematic and effective programme co-ordination and administration
Support to departments and institutions:
• Facilitate the development of internal innovation strategies.
• Innovative project, entered for the CPSI Public Sector Innovation Awards, can be supported towards entry to continental and other
international Awards programmes.
• Support the piloting and / or replication of innovative ideas.
